Moe’s Southwest Grill just unveiled new Chili Crisp Chicken

Moe’s Southwest Grill is merging Asian and Mexican flavors with the debut of its new Chili Crisp Chicken.

If you're unfamiliar with chili crisp, it is a Chinese condiment made up of fried chili pepper and other aromatics infused in oil. What's so distinctive about the condiment is the large chunks of fried chili peppers, which add a deliciously crispy texture when paired with other foods.

Moe's new Chili Crisp Chicken draws inspiration from this signature Asian staple by taking its own Adobo Chicken and smothering it in a marinade made from fresh jalapeños, crunchy onions, garlic, guajillo, chile de arbol, and a special spice blend. Finally, Mr. Bing’s Chili Crisp Sauce is added for a "tidal wave of flavor," which comes from the use of four types of peppers, garlic, onions, and mushroom powder.
