This is a rich flavor palette and the dessert is presented on a bespoke baking tray conjured up by advertising agency The Hallway. It also has an intricate design capturing the cardboard grooves. Cherie Lyden, founder of Wholegreen Bakery states, "If I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard people say that gluten-free food tastes like cardboard, I’d be a rich lady.
