Goetze's and Guinness Partnered on the Caramel Creams Ale

The Caramel Creams ale has been created by the Goetze's Candy Company Inc. in partnership with the Guinness Open Gate Brewery as a new libation that incorporates the distinct tasting notes of the former brand's signature candy.

The beer comes with a 4.5% ABV and has the same vanilla flavor that Goetze's uses in its signature recipe to create a toasty, slightly sweet final product. The all will be formally released at the Beer From Here Festival being hosted by Guinness Open Gate Brewery and the Brewers Association of Maryland (BAM) on Saturday, August 3, 2024.

CEO of Goetze's Candy Co. Inc. Mitchell Goetze commented on the new Caramel Creams ale saying, "We are beyond excited to partner with Guinness Open Gate Brewery on the Caramel Creams Ale. We are long-time fans of the brand and their unique Guinness Stout, brewed for over 265 years, partnering with our almost 130 year old Baltimore Caramel Creams treats. We have created a creamy ale reminiscent of our beloved Caramel Creams combining the history of two iconic brands."
