Café Solo PX Cask Finished Shares the Sweetness of PX Grapes

Cold brew coffee liqueur brand Café Solo launched Café Solo PX Cask Finished, a first-of-its-kind expression finished in a Pedro Ximénez (PX) Sherry cask. This indulgent, dessert-like PX-finished coffee liqueur boasts a rich profile with toffee, fig, walnut, and lemon, and it takes on the unique, sweet qualities of PX grapes noted for their sweetness.

To serve, the brand recommends serving Café Solo PX Cask Finished on the rocks, over ice cream or in a Café Solo PX-Presso Martini.

"We are delighted to launch our first Café Solo cask edition, which was inspired by an evening of enjoying delicious Espresso Martinis with added PX Sherry," said brand manager Holly Harwood. Now that the brand has created its first cask-finished coffee liqueur, more are planned to be released in the future as part of a new range.
