Picnik, a cafe concept based out of Austin, Texas, is now selling its famous butter coffees by the bottle in a convenient, ready-to-drink format.
The trio of Butter Coffee products are offered in flavors such as Mocha Latte, Cappuccino and Dirty Chai, each of which are made with a base of fair trade coffee, grass-fed butter, grass-fed whey protein and MTC oil. These three flavors are based off of the best-selling blends served at Picnik and are designed to help with one's energy, appetite, productivity levels and cognitive functions. As stated on the front of the bottles, a single 10-ounce bottle provides 10 grams of protein.
Across the food industry, consumers are beginning to embrace full-fat products for the health benefits that they can provide, rather than avoid products with the word "fat" altogether.
