The Honest Burgers Brooklyn Stonewall Inn Edition burger has been created in collaboration with the Brooklyn Brewery and Thicc Sauce as a special menu item that marks Pride Month and supports the LGBTQ+ community.

The burger boasts a brioche-style bun topped with a premium patty, a confit garlic mayo, crispy onions and a specialty BBQ steak sauce created by Thicc Sauce. The final result is a delicious sandwich that's also socially beneficial; the brand will donate 25p from every one sold to the MindOut charity in the UK. Diners can enjoy their burger with a side of homemade rosemary chips or with coleslaw or salad.
