Farmer Boys is a farm-fresh fast casual restaurant concept that's known for its award-winning burgers. The latest addition to the chain's burger lineup is the Bourbon Bacon Cheddarburger, which is available at all California restaurants. To create the new burger, Farm Boys teamed up with Tillamook to use Tillamook’s delicious medium cheddar cheese. As Farmer Boys' Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer Larry Rusinko explains, "Our Farmer Boys fans know that we can make a great cheeseburger, but we wanted to take it up a notch by creating not just another cheeseburger - but a cheddar burger - made with the highest quality cheddar cheese from Tillamook."
To create the new burger, two slices of the Tillamook cheese are added to 100% USDA beef patties, along with double-smoked bacon, scratch-made onion straws, and a smoky bourbon barbecue sauce, all on served on a locally-baked onion bun.
