'Black Grapes of Wrath' by Ludo is the Paris-based street artist's latest social good-supporting masterpiece. From far away, the intricate sculptural piece looks like an ordinary bunch of grapes. Upon close inspection, you'll notice the grapes are in fact laser cut skulls spraypainted with Ludo's signature black and toxic green.
There are only 5 editions of the work, making this a true collectors item. The works are not only hauntingly exquisite, but help support Skateistan, a non-profit organization providing skateboards and education to Afghan nations. According to Ludo's website, the works are already sold out.
'Black Grapes of Wrath' is a forbidden fruit marvel with a poignant social cause behind its dark exterior.
