MOOYAH's Bistro Burger Features the Flavors of Herbes De Provence

MOOYAH Burgers, Fries & Shakes is looking to elevate its menu with the addition of two new coffee-house-inspired items: the Bistro Burger and Coffee Shake.

MOOYAH's new Bistro Burger is a gourmet offering that starts with a juicy quarter-pound Certified Angus Beef patty, topped with melted provolone cheese and fresh spring-mix lettuce. However, the real star of the burger is the creamy aioli, which incorporates the flavors of Herbes de Provence, including a hint of sweetness from lavender syrup. The perfect complement to the Bistro Burger is the new Coffee Shake, which features the added kick of real coffee.

As MOOYAH’s Vice President of Brand Natalie Anderson Liu explains, "Feedback from our Campfire Burger and S’mores Shake LTO last year showed us Guests love a great pairing. In this case, the Bistro Burger and Coffee Shake are each delicious on their own, but the duo is even more fun when enjoyed together."
