The Bishan Central Condominium Project is an ambitious housing structure featuring lush greenery, two "sky bridges" and one amazing swimming pool. The project is being developed by Moshie Safdie Architects for CapitaLand Residential Singapore and Mitsubishi Estate Asia Pte. Ltd. (MEA).
The project consists of two 38-story towers consisting of 500 apartments in total. The two towers are connected via three bridges, two of which are covered with trees and shrubbery. The third bridge sits at the top of the structure and is a fully functional open-air swimming pool. Greenery is the theme here, with 70 percent of the project’s ground floor devoted to gardens with pathways and event areas so that residents can enjoy their leisure hours outdoors. The Bishan Central Condominium Project is set to start selling apartments in the second half of 2012 and expects to open in 2015. You can check out the images and video here for a sneak peek at this amazing project.
