Revamped Nazi Abodes

Luxurious WWII Home by Bham Design Studio Takes a Step into the Past

Discerning designer Bham Design Studio is behind the reconfiguration of a luxurious home of a once Nazi-occupied water tower.

This tower stands 30 meters high and was built between 1938 and 1941. The converted Nazi lair is no longer a dark space but rather a beautiful, airy and opulent home in Belgium. Nazi structures are designed to withstand any destruction, which gave realtors and designers a great idea: turn war buildings into residence spaces.

History enthusiasts will go crazy for this preserved war monument home. There's a total of 450 square meters spread over six floors where the kitchen, bedrooms and living spaces are beautifully restored with modern designs. There are two garages and a soothing 4.5-meter shower feature. Bham Design Studio maximized its use of space by building a patio on the roof that overlooks the fields filled with history.
