The AI-generated flavor is said to have a "lightly grilled beef taste" and it was created in collaboration with Microsoft. Leveraging Firmenich's broad raw material database, the innovative AI-created flavor is said to make the most of "Firmenich's unique palette of ingredients and SmartProteins expertise in plant-based protein alternatives."
