Beauty Explorer Day Sparks Kids' Interest in the Beauty Industry

In September, Tennessee School of Beauty is hosting a family-friendly Beauty Explorer Day event to inspire early interest in the beauty industry from young children. This interactive and educational experience for kids ages six to nine shares hands-on cosmetology and esthetics stations where kids will learn hairstyling techniques, practice nail art with non-toxic polishes and enjoy creative face painting with hypoallergenic products.

At the event, live demonstrations will provide a primer to the foundations of styling hair, applying makeup and creating nail art, and kids will get a chance to ask professionals questions in a Q&A panel.

Children who attend the event will take home a small beauty kit with additional information about potential career paths in the beauty industry and a discount voucher for future services for the family.
