Natural Tomboy Editorials

Nat Lyon Photographed a Beach Editorial for C-Heads

Australian Photographer Nat Lanyon shot a last-minute beach editorial with Matilda Dods for C-Heads. Titled, 'Yeah, Why Not,' the shoot took place in the hilly landscapes and tranquil beaches of Norther NSW, Australia.

Dods has been styled in the tomboy uniform of baggy t-shirts, skinny jeans and converse high tops. Her long, dark hair is left unbrushed, but Dod doesn't seem to mind. She turns her face towards the sky, looking as though she hasn't got a care in the world. Save for a touch of mascara, Dod's face is left virtually makeup-free, complementing her natural surroundings perfectly.

While some girls prefer skimpy bikini tops and high-waisted shorts for summer, Dods proves that the alternative can look just as cute.
