At the Summer Fancy Food Show, Sue’s Organics debuted a line of Awesome Sauces and Salad Dressings, which capitalize on the fact that Millennials crave authentic flavor experiences, yet many of them do not know how to make their own dips, sauces and dressings from scratch.
Sue Moloney of Sue’s Organics was well ahead of her time and launched a vegan catering company in 1996, which created a high demand for the sauces she created in particular. The line of new products includes Terrific Organic Tahini, Classic Organic Curry, Organic Audacious Ginger Miso and the Nutritional Feast Dipping Sauce, which offers the rich flavor and health benefits of nutritional yeast—which is often used as a replacement for cheese in many plant-based recipes.
Sue’s savory, vegan and gluten-free Awesome Sauce was selected as a finalist in the 2017 NEXTY Awards.
