Studio Zung designed and built the Atelier 22 House, a modernization of a traditional Hamptons Home. Situated on a two-acre plot of land in Amagansett, the home is compromised of clean bold lines and is topped with a flat seam roof.
Replacing traditional shingles with red cedar planks, the home resembles a contemporary classic, with a floorplan that is minimal and open. The interior features a luxurious double-sided marble fireplace added to divide the main living space and the kitchen that are both finished with white oak flooring. Both floors are equipped with seven bedrooms that feature marble-lined bathrooms and private decks. The inner courtyard has a unique saline pool and fully equipped pool house, for an expansive outdoor living space.
The Atelier 22 House has large glazed windows to allow beautiful views in every room of the home and is for sale now for $4,995,000.
