Ardent Mills Debuts an Egg Alternative Made with a Grain Flour Blend

Ardent Mills expands its portfolio with the introduction of two innovative products: 'Ardent Mills Egg Replace and 'Ardent Mills Ancient Grains Plus.'

The first product, Ardent Mills Egg Replace, offers a convenient 1:1 replacement solution for both dried and liquid whole eggs. This product is specially formulated using chickpea flour and three other carefully selected ingredients. Notably, Ardent Mills Egg Replace is gluten-free and vegan, making it suitable for individuals with dietary restrictions.

The second product, Ardent Mills Ancient Grains Plus baking flour blend, is a thoughtfully curated blend of ancient grains and chickpeas. Importantly, it is also free from major US food allergens, providing reassurance to consumers with dietary sensitivities.
