Swiss textile label ZigZagZurich unveils a new collection of cotton blankets designed by a selection of artists. The inspiration lies between both art and graphics, ranging from Pop Art sensibilities, the Bauhaus movement, stripe details, geometric elements, and spray paint visual effects as well. Similar to the label's textiles, the designs boast bright and bold hues that are merged with expressive structures to result in a selection of comfortable soft blankets that function as both art pieces and its blanket purpose.
The collection sees work by artists and designers including Moiré, Harry Allen, Sarah Parke & Mark Barrow, Liz Collins, Sophie Probst, and Michele Rondelli. Every blanket is constructed from 100% woven cotton jacquard to deliver something that is extremely soft, yet sturdy enough to serve in home environments, at the beach, and the park.
