Glass-covered facades have become the de facto signifier of an office building, with relatively little variance between the hundreds (if not thousands) of glass monoliths around the world, and yet Yuhantechnos HQ manages to subvert that architectural trope while still superficially adhering to it. The South Korean office building is indeed covered in a glass facade, but the shape of that facade is unlike any other.
Yuhantechnos HQ features a rippling series of windows that alternate in both the vertical and horizontal planes, making for a dynamic shape that looks entirely different depending on where one views the building from. From the interior, this design not only creates ample natural light, but it also contributes to a fascinating wall layout.
