Superdrug has announced it will be marking World Oral Health Day this year with a special donation to benefit Beauty Banks in the UK with essential oral healthcare products. The initiative will see 10,000 Pro Care Toothbrushes along with 10,000 Pro Care Whitening Toothpastes for a total of 20,000 products donated to Beauty Banks which will then distribute them accordingly to charities across the UK. The donation comes on the heels of a survey that revealed toothpaste is now one of the top items being requested at charities.
Own Brand Director at Superdrug Jamie Archer spoke on the World Oral Health Day donation saying, "We hope that our donation of 20,000 oral health care products can help those that need it most and we will continue to work with Beauty Banks to continue to support our customers and communities as best we can.”
