Media Profile's Work Away benefit allows employees to work remotely for up to one month with $3,000 financial support from the company, removing the financial barrier for those who wish to take workcations. The benefit was highly utilized in 2022, with 47% of employees taking advantage. Despite economic challenges, the company continues to support its employees by offering this benefit in 2023.
