Inspired by crystal caves, the Budapest Wonderground collection is the label's ambitious and edgy menswear line debut. Wonderground, a brand based in Budapest, Hungary is made up of Lena Karacsony, Reka Harsfalvi and Dora Hegedus. The three emerging designers are all students at the Moholy Nagy University of Art and Design in Budapest and have banded together to create this inspiring garment collection.
Presented during the Central European Fashion Days portion of the Rethink/Rebutton competition, this edgy line of menswear combines comfort and aesthetically bold visuals in their urban designs.
The label's debut line also pays homage to the untouched crystal wonders of their native home in Budapest. These crystals have been hidden until recently and will be accessible to public viewing in the near future.
