Sugar-coated chocolate brand Smarties has announced that it will be celebrating its 85th anniversary with the launch of White Chocolate Smarties.
Set to hit shelves mid-March, the new product comes in recyclable packaging and will be offered in two sizes, a classic Smarties box and a 100g sharing bag. The new Smarties will contain no artificial flavors or preservatives, offering consumers a pure and decadent chocolate treat just in time for Easter.
"One of the reasons Smarties has been such a popular brand for so long is because we love to unbox imagination with exciting innovations -- whether that's new formats such as block and buttons, or recyclable paper packaging or delicious taste sensations," said Rebecca Mitchell, Brand Manager for Smarties.
