The WeLiv app is a new social network that encourages you to "share your world in bubbles." Based in France, the startup is currently in beta.
With the mobile social app, you can create a 'bubble' and choose who can see it based on followers or location. Within a bubble, you can post pictures and share the space with the people you want. Every bubble has its theme, confidentiality settings and followers, giving it an exceptionally flexible design.
