In time for Mardi Gras, Wayback Burgers announced that it would be bringing back two of its Cajun dishes to safely celebrate the occasion.
The two dishes returning to the menu include The Big Easy and Cajun Tater Tots. The Big Easy is a delectable Cajun-spiced burger that's made with two all-beef patties, which is topped with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, and completed with a Creole remoulade sauce. The Cajun Tater tots are also served with a Creole remoulade that they can be dipped into, and are topped with Cajun seasoning.
The rereleased Mardi Gras dishes will be available for a limited time only, with consumers only able to order them until February 16th.
