During some of the coldest months of the new year, consumers will be able to look forward to the 'Hot Gin Roof' activation from Sipsmith, where they will be served warm cocktails heated by fire pokers.
The event provides a look back upon the history of hot gin and how hot pokers were once taken straight from the fire to caramelize the sugars in a drink. As well as being educational, the experience is set to be quite theatrical by nature, leaving event attendees with an unforgettable experience, great photos to share and a story to tell the next time they find themselves sipping on a gin-based beverage.
The Hot Gin Roof experience is set to launch in January at the Ham Yard Hotel in Soho.
