The 'Walkby' app was developed in order to help you pick up clothing inspired by the latest trends. The app lets you track fashion trends and get notified when retailers have something that may interest you. As a result, shopping becomes as easy as waiting for your phone to buzz.
The app works by letting you indicate what kind of product that you'd like to purchase. After choosing your item, boutiques will check if they have something that matches your interests. The stores will then take a picture of that product and send it to you. After browsing through your options, you can choose to go buy the product.
Since the app works by partnering with stores, the Walkby app is currently only available for those living in Chicago.
