GIPHY Loves Vine is a new conversion tool that's been launched as a place for users to download their favorite looping videos and preserve them in the form of Vine GIFs.
This is of huge importance to many Internet users, as Twitter recently announced that it will be discontinuing its Vine app in the coming months.
