A savvy Russian street artist named Renald has been roaming the streets in the city of Petrozavodsk, randomly turning public phone booths into sharks.
While local newspapers have admired the artwork, the phone company has not viewed it as favorably, repeatedly sending out repairmen to turn the booths back to their original plain old blue color.
