Design studio Interesting Times Gang works in collaboration with homebuilder OBOS to create the Veggro collection. It is a capsule of partitions that are made from mycelium and orange peel for a sustainable and unique progression. Currently, the capsule is only in its prototype stage and comes in two design iterations: Loom and Jugoso.
Loom is constructed from mycelium and is detailed with a pattern inspired by mushrooms. Jugoso is a design that is made from orange rinds with three-dimensional printing to create a geometric pattern that is based on the orange's vesicles. The design studio explains the Veggro collection as a "biophilic interior design wall-as-furniture concept." The panels are complete with acoustic insulation and a piece of decor.
