Nespresso & PANTONE Drop an Unforgettable Mediterranean Summer
References: pantone & designtaxi
Nespresso works together with PANTONE to present the Unforgettable Mediterranean Summer collection. It is inspired by the summer feeling of lying along the Mediterranean seaside. The collaboration is much more than coffee as the two also form a color palette that is influenced by iconic tones of the 70s Riviera.
There is a bright tone of 'Mandarin Orange' which is the color replicating a summer sunset as the main hue. This is complemented by other colors that evoke a feeling of a serene Mediterranean landscape. This includes a calm Habanero Gold nodding to sun-kissed sands and Muskmelon for a sweet touch referencing a rich summer fruit. 'Blue iolite' celebrates the Mediterranean waters, 'Aquarelle' a clear blue sky, and 'Tofu' to round it out.
