In an effort to cater to the growing number of oat milk converts, Califia Farms has created a protein-packed oat milk blend called Ubermilk. Not only does the new non-dairy milk pair perfectly with coffee, but it also features the added nutritional boost of healthy fats and plant-based protein.
Califia Farms Ubermilk is a creamy oat milk that's enhanced with pea protein, sunflower seeds, and sunflower and flaxseed oils. Califia Farms created the blend to give oat milk and extra nutritional boost (regular oat milk has few nutritional benefits). Unlike your average oat milk, Ubermilk boasts eight-grams of plant-based protein per serving without the chalky taste that comes from some protein powders. As a result, the non-dairy milk is a great way for vegans, vegetarians, and anyone avoiding dairy to up their protein intake.
