GreenLattey recently created the TwelveWeek Challenge App, a wellness app specifically geared toward corporate individuals. The TwelveWeek Challenge App will help people stay active and healthy during social distancing measures. The app creates a new workout each day, which will keep users engaged and motivated. The workouts can all be completed from one's home or workspace. Additionally, stretches and yoga poses can all be done at an employee's desk, or over a phone.
The TwelveWeek Challenge app helps companies ensure employees are happy and that they're participating in 10-20 minute sessions of live fitness. Personal training is also available in a one-on-one format.
