Life Time Launches the Everyday Well Challenge on Its App

The Everyday Well Challenge is a new four-week program by Life Time. Running February 3rd through February 28th, the initiative is geared toward encouraging participants to live better with simple and sustainable habits. Available through he Life Time app, this program may spark interest in the brand's offerings and increase engagement.

The Everyday Well Challenge prompts users to reset their daily routine by focusing on hydration and other simple yet powerful habits. During week two, participants can expect to "unlock the benefits of strategic recovery and discover how quality rest restores [the] body and mind." On week three, Life Time's Every Well Challenge focuses on nutrition and specifically protein intake while on week four, the program encourages individuals to incorporate "mindful movement and intentional self-care practices" into their routines.
