The Poutinerie by Air Canada Entices Londoners to Travel to North America

The Poutinerie is a new pop-up from Air Canada that's been set up in London to inspire those in the UK to travel to North America.

Air Canada's Poutinerie serves 10 dishes that offer variations on the classic combination of french fries, cheese curds and gravy. Some of the 'Miami’s South Beach Pollo' which is comprised of corndusted fries, white cheese, pulled chicken and avocado, as well as the 'Halifax Downstream Poutine' which features a base of cheese curds and shellfish gravy that's topped with Canadian lobster.

After indulging their taste buds, visitors also have the chance to awaken their other senses with a virtual reality headset that shows what it's like to fly with Air Canada. The Poutinerie pop-up is part of Air Canada's #CoolNotCold campaign, which reinforces its presence as a global airline.
