Earlier this summer, Dutch bank ABN Amro launched a mobile app by the name of 'Tikkie,' which makes it possible for customers of the bank to request and send payments through the WhatsApp messenger. Now, the bank is improving upon this app by adding a feature that lets customers make payments through a voice-controlled system.
Tikkie is now integrated with Apple's Siri assistant, meaning that a customer is able to give a set of instructions with an amount, a description and a recipient and have Siri take care of the rest.
