To draw attention to the fact that the Alice’s Adventures Underground show is now on at The Vaults, production company EBP and theatre company Les Enfants Terribles set up The Wonderland Bar to dazzle Londoners. The theatrical pop-up bar is free to enter, and draws visitors deep into a whimsical environment inspired by Alice in Wonderland.
One of the most interesting menu items being served at the bar is a color-changing cocktail crafted by Smith & Sinclair. Dubbed the Deluxe Tea Party Cocktail, this beverage is made with a base of gin, chamomile, green tea, peppermint and spiced liqueur. When it is stirred with a lemon lollypop, the entirety of the drink changes color.
Some of the other items on offer at the pop-up bar include cocktails topped with popping candies and a drink called 'Who Stole All The Tarts?' that is garnished by tarts inspired by the Queen of Hearts.
