Spanish architecture firm Estudio Herreros created a dynamic look for the Munch Museum in Oslo, which now known as MUNCH thanks to its fresh look and new branding. The towering design of the building is a work of art itself that can be appreciated inside and out, especially since it promises to give people a new perspective on the city from its 11 exhibition halls and 13 storeys.
MUNCH is mostly dedicated to Norwegian painter Edvard Munch (best known for The Scream) and within the museum, there are 28,000 artifacts to explore, including everything from paintings and drawings to sculptures and photos. The dynamically designed museum also holds space for other contemporary artists, as well as winners of the Edvard Munch Art Award.
