The Lost Bread Serves This Dessert Dish with Injectable Syrups

This over-the-top experiential dessert dish is a product of brunch chain the Lost Bread. In order to get diners truly involved in their indulgence, the restaurant has created a French toast bites dish that comes with three syrup-filled syringes with which customers can infuse the pieces with extra flavor.

The French toast bites are available in three varieties: cinnamon, black sesame and chilli chocolate. Each variety is served with three syringes containing dark chocolate, white chocolate and caramel.

The Lost Bread is a brunch restaurant chain focused on milkshakes and French toast in the Philippines.

As consumers continue to be drawn to dining experiences that are inherently social media shareable, dessert dishes in particular are expanding to include participatory action that elevates the overall experience into one that is performative and that provides a uniqueness not achievable at home.
