Nissin taps the expertise of Japanese design studio nendo to help create 'THE FORK' as the latest feature for its signature Cup Noodles. THE FORK is an ergonomic friendly plastic fork that makes the consumption of its instant noodles comfortable and convenient.
The design streamlines the entire experience in a subtle manner, starting off with an exact angle of 128 degrees at the neck. This is done to limit the strain of lifting the elbow when eating -- scooping up the noodles are made easier as the rounded edges are exact to the walls of the Cup Noodles. The neck as a slight dup in order to pick up the toppings with small bumps to properly hold the noodles. THE FORK comes in both left and right-handed versions to cater to each person with the options of red or white.
