RYOT (Verizon’s production house) and many fashion houses are reinventing the future of fashion before our eyes with entirely digital exhibitions due to limitations put in place by the global pandemic—and The Fabric Reality offers an innovative, immersive and interactive look at what's ahead. The fashion exhibition is set to take place in a virtual reality setting and it will explore works from three designers.
Guests will not only get to see the sculptural garments themselves but also step into a "storyworld" that invites them into the narrative and emotional qualities of the garment.
Rather than taking a front-row seat at a fashion show or watching the experience happen on a screen, guests with VR headsets will get to appear as avatars and fly through The Fabric Reality.
