This Massive Toronto Album Teaser Calls Drake "The 6 God"

Drake makes no secret of his pride and attachment to his Canadian home city, and in a daring new billboard, he has proclaimed himself "The 6 God."

A billboard looming above Toronto's Gardiner Highway displays the slightly ominous slogan "The 6 God is Watching," with the word God symbolized by a set of praying hands rather than the actual word. Drake has a tattoo of this same symbol (in emoji form). The Canadian-born singer posted a photo of the billboard to his Instagram account, with the caption "Be home soon." This has bloggers and Torontonians speculating that this is a teaser for Drake's new 'Views from the 6' album release.

This is a very effective way for the Toronto rapper (or do we just call him The 6 God now?) to publicize his upcoming musical release, as the media and social buzz it is currently creating function as unpaid advertising.
