The upscale Asian-fusion concept, Flat Top Grill, is giving fans even more options to enjoy this summer by adding five new limited-time-only offerings. As Gregg Majewski, Chief Executive Officer of Flat Top Grill, explains, "Flat Top Grill continues to push flavor boundaries, driven by exciting new food trends as we urge our guests to eat adventurously.”
Beginning July 7, 2022, guests can dine on a new Thai-inspired bowl called the Thai Basil Chicken Bowl. This healthy dish is served on a bed of cauliflower rice, topped with chicken, green onions, sugar snap peas, Fresno pepper, cilantro, fried garlic, signature Flat Top Grill spices, and a tangy Thai Basil Lime sauce. Beyond the new bowl, other exciting offerings include the new Blueberry Smash Cocktail, which is made with Jim Beam Bourbon, and the new Lemon Drop Cheesecake, which is a New York-style cheesecake with a citrus twist.
