The Annual World Testicle Cooking Championship is an Interesting Sight
Summer Luu — September 13, 2010 — Naughty
Every year, in the Serbian village of Ozrem, a festival is held dedicated to cooking testicles for food. This year marked the seventh annual World Testicle Cooking Championship where chefs cooked testicles of bull, boar, camel, ostrich and kangaroo.
The testicles are not served alone as they are creatively mixed up into more "appetizing" dishes like 'testicle pizzas.' They also offer lamb or roasted pig as a side dish. If you have the stomach for it, feel free to watch the video as it captures different scenes from the festival.
