As visionary as Elon Musk is, the Tesla Roadster Y Concept is likely too ambitious a car for his company to build. Brazilian designer Vinícius Buch crafted this concept which is an open-top take on the two-door Roadster, Tesla's first ever model. The Roadster Y Concept appears to have been designed for performance with its low ride height and aerodynamic design.
Buch's concept also incorporates some tech elements into it, such as using a swiping function to open the driver's door. Tesla is making a new Roadster but it will not be as wild as the Tesla Roadster Y Concept. That's a bit of a shame as this design looks like it could be a lot of fun on the open road.
