New Balance unveils a new collaborative collection alongside designer Teddy Santis. The capsule is made up of more versions of the 990 and 996 silhouette defined by "neutral tones and soft pastels," as noted in a press release. In regards to the 990s, there are the 990v4 and the 990v6, which are detailed in neutral tones such as shades of beige, tan, and cream.
The construction highlights mesh and smooth suede paneling throughout the upper. Branding is adorned on the side of the shoe in an oversized N motif. The 996 is made from pale pink from hairy suede materials complete with smooth grey suede and beige tonal mesh throughout the upper. Branding nods to New Balance and Made in USA.
