Target Wonderland is making holiday shopping that much more special this Christmas, with a larger than life playground that is 16,000 square feet. Within the playground is a giant Etch-a-Sketch and a race track upon which visitors can drive drones, like Star Wars' BB-8, using a mobile app.
Not only is this unique NYC retail space larger than life and visually striking, it also provides consumers with an interactive and gamified shopping experience. Each visitor is outfitted with a personal lanyard and a RFID key that they can scan on any product in Target Wonderland that they want to purchase.
At the end of their entertainment, consumers can check out where they will receive their items at the bottom of a chimney, straight from mechanical Santa's outstretched hand.
