The Table 0007 may look modern, but it is made out of a 350 year old oak tree. While many will find that fact on its own impressive, it gets even better. No glue or nails were needed in the creation of Table 0007 because it is a single piece made out of a single tree trunk. That is how big the tree trunk was. Let's hope the rest of the wood was put to good use.
Designed by German-based Christa Braun and Christoph Braun for Holz Elf. the Table 0007 is boasts a lengthy dimension perfect for large dining rooms and conference halls. Although sleek and simple, the natural splitting of the wood was not filled and the graining is left as distinct as possible.
