Inspired by classic Super Bowl snacks, this recipe from the Cupcake Project blog imagines an ordinary savory snack as sweet nachos instead.
Rather than being made with tortilla chips, the 'Loaded Funfetti Dessert Nachos' are actually thin triangular cookies that you can whip up yourself and bake in the oven. Although the recipe could stop here, to give the dish an extra festive flair, the cookie dough is completely coated in colorful sprinkles. Once taken out of the oven and cooled, in place of a drippy cheese dip, these fun nacho treats can be served with some sort of a sweet marshmallow fluff, or as the Cupcake Project recommends, a meringue dip, Nutella, chocolate sauce or even caramel bought from the store.
