Sonic recently began testing its 'Sweet Cream Soda Pop Shoppe' concept menu at various locations. The new menu largely plays into the demand for nostalgia-inspired products and the resurgence of old-fashioned sodas.

The Sweet Cream Soda Pop Shoppe, which has been spotted in both Texas and Kansas, is a retro-themed soda fountain menu. The drinks on the menu consist of sweet cream mixed with soda water, brand name sodas and Sonic's various different syrups and sauces. There are a wide variety of flavors for customers to choose from, including traditional flavors such as Vanilla and Strawberry, as well as more exotic choices such as Green Apple and Blue Coconut Sweet Cream Coke.
